Brent, yes they fit,although it is a little tight. I use a spacer between the spare carrier and the frame so the bolt is solid against the frame without bending the carrier. I also covered all the hoses that are rubbed by the spare with duct tape. I don't think it makes any real difference, but I did it anyway. I've had these tires for over a year now and like them very much. When they were new, they were very squirley, scary on curves and in cross winds. Now I don't notice them at all, so either I am used to them or they have worn enough that they feel solid. Costco didn't put down the odometer reading, but I'm sure I have around 20k on them and they look like they are good for 20k more. Paid $75 each at Costco. You will like the look and off road performance.
