It alleviates a particular problem that typically presents as loss of power when driving, cured temporarily (maybe weeks) by shutting off the ignition and turning it back on again. Same on digifant or digijet.

d ps - since it's so close to Friday <g> I'll just mention that if you actually use a 22 megafarad cap you'll probably need a trailer to carry it in, and your AFM will take weeks to respond to airflow changes -- but you'll be able to use it to light your campsite <VBEG>.
