David, List members

I have finally received the City/Park light bulb holders and the rubber boots to seal the H4 E-Code headlamps that I purchased from David Marshall. The package had a Canadian postmark dated 1-25-2000, the day after my public complaint about this. I now consider this transaction closed.

David, I thank you for your apology in this matter. You obviously have some happy customers that receive descent service from you. I sincerely hope that my case was a very rare exception to that service. I do not regret making this a public issue, I only wish that it had not been necessary.

Sincerely, Vernon Craddock

Details on this matter can be seen at http://www.Vernon.Craddock.Com/dmarshall.html

P.S. Many thanks to former list member George Chapman. He has been very helpful and even sent me a spare set of the City light fixtures that he had.

What can I say... guilty as charged.

I'll be the first to admit it that I have NOT given you the service that I have given others and that is wrong and I apologise for it. I get involved in too many big things and I forget the small things - it is often the small things that count larger than the big things. I have truly let you down and there is no excuse for that. I could blame this on the OME shock dealings, I could blame it on the Iltis dealings, I could blame it on my grandmother who passed away from a slow and excruciating death due to cancer.

So, please, inform the list when you get these parts from me. I don't expect an apology and I don't expect you to purchase another thing from me.
