FWIW my sink drain leaks slightly into that cabinet right of the fridge. It's so slight I haven't gotten around to fixing it. But I'll bet it could do some damage to a CD changer (I don't have a CD changer BTW) I'm not saying this cabinet is a bad place to mount the CD changer. But I mention it in case you want to take precautions with the CD changer in case the sink unknowingly starts to leak.
