I just went through the same thing, Had a hard time coming up with the thermostatic sandwich adapter. Found one at www.coredcs.com/~wmeng ask for Dick. I bought a used 23 pass cooler locally for $45 and paid $77 incl shipping for the adapter. Autotec in San Juan Capistrano, Ca is a source also but expensive. Let me know where you decide to mount the cooler.
