BEWARE, I used this (cost $15 for a one time search) and received only a title search. I received no info that was not already on my title. In the instant report I received was listed the dates that the title had changed in Arizona (4 total) It didn't even give me names of previous owners on the title. They advertise money back if not satisfied... well see.
