I knew I could count on you guys! You never let me down. No Karl it's not
that you are my ONLY friends, but there aren't a whole lot of Canadians here
in this part of Michigan. The stinking gov. officials are giving this poor
woman the run around. I also thought since this was a bigger community than
the diesel news group I would get a better/faster response from here. ( The
vanagon digest comes out 3-4 times per day and the diesel comes to me about
once every 24 hours) I wasn't so much looking for EXACT LEGAL ADVICE as I
was trying to find out how things work on the other side of the Lake.
(Canada) It's usually easier and quicker to inquire from a resident , than
to deal with the beaurocrats.
