Mayby and yes. If the hose fittings are not the same size as what you are going to splice into, you will have to do some serious engineerinriggin to make it work. Any Mercedes with climate control has a very nice little pump incorporated to provide for the heater circulation. You will have to measure the fittings to fit your hose diameter or engineer the plumbing to suit.

Those little motors can draw more than a coupla amps. Use a quality switch and medium heavy wire. Do fuze it. Determine the size of fuze used in the original circuit the pump was designed for and use that. Between BMW, Saab, Audi and Mercedes, your pump is out there. Take caliper in hand to the local junk yards. When you find the one that fits, tell us all where you got it and the numbers. Don't forget to snip the terminal pigtail to splice into your wiring.
