I can just quickly type it down:

Audi: All with 5 bolts
Mercedes Benz: All 60's up
VW Passat 1998-2000
VW Buses, vans etc 1971-2000
VW Sharan (incl. Ford Galaxy and Seat Alhambra) 1996-2000

Also the European Ford Granada and Scorpio, the latter seen in the US as the
Merkur Scorpio.
