Subject: New Mexico Listees: registering a Vanagon

Dear New Mexican Listees,

I own some property in New Mexico near Santa Fe.

However, currently I am a full time resident of Massachusetts.

I have a simple question:

Can I register a vehicle (yes, a Vanagon) in New Mexico and keep in stored there in a garage (even though I am not yet a resident?). The idea is to have a vehicle available to us when we vacation there, typically a couple of times a year.

Any leads or info appreciated.

Thanx,
