Hi Volks, My son Tom is installing a subaru in his 86 westy. He is selling the complete 2.1L engine, including, ALL engine electronics, digitool, power steering, ac compressor, alternator, and the engine compartment cooling system items except for the reservoir which is needed on the conversion. He will also keep the catalytic converter and muffler. This engine has 260k miles total. It had a complete rebuild with dynamic balancing at 226k miles. New heads were installed at 190k miles. This engine runs near perfect and is silky smooth. It will be available by April. Come by in the next several weeks and drive, test, check it out before I pull it. Asking $1300 for all the goodies. Prefer to sell it as a unit. I would deliver or meet someone within a days drive of Southern Illinois. This would be have all the parts needed to replace an earlier 1.9L wasser boxer.
