Subject: "Hightop" for sale.......

Austin,

There's a 76 Camper (Looks to my untrained eye to be an AdventureWagen, with the rounded, permanent, Fiberglas top) for sale in Thousand Palms, CA (Near Palm Springs) according to the Local PennySaver. Ad reads, "67 (sic) VW CamperVan, great for restoring. All parts are there! $500 takes all. 760-343-3293." Carol, owner of the voice at the other end of the phone, said the van is actually a 76. I looked at the vehicl from the street on a drive-by. It appears to have been parked for a long time. That's all I know, or conjecture. Call Carol, not me.

Usual disclaimers apply.
