Try a bodyshop supply house. I've used a spray on pin stripe and decal
remover successfully. They also have a disc, like an eraser, that goes on a
drill or airpowered
D/A sander (I forget which) for larger stripes which I hear works well.Be
prepared for the outline of the stripe to stand out because of fading of the
surrounding paint.
