Subject: S&S Exhaust system on '84

I would appreciate hearing from other list members on how they have their S&S exhaust system mounted. Mine is only held up by the bolts onto the heads and a connection between the muffler and the frame. The designers of the S&S system may have figured that struts form the old exhaust system would be used, but they were not on my van to begin with. Also, the old muffler was hooked to the frame.

It would be most appreciated if someone could tell me how it should be done as I am popping bolts from the left rear header.
