Thanks all! As per everyone's excellent advice, I peeled back the rubber boot to the door and found....TA-DA! 3 broken wires. Black, Black/Yellow and Green/White. I got the up and down part of the power mirrors (both sides) fixed, but not side to side before I had to give up and go in the house (it was snowing pretty hard, and I cut my thumb - hey, I know when to give up!). So there are a total of 8 wires running into the door. The three mentiond above, a blue & brown/red combo (for the speaker) and I assume that the other 3 are for the power mirrors (since there is also a L/R switch in there, it requires more wires I guess). I'll have to go out and check the other wires I guess to make sure there are no more breaks (to get the side to side adjustment working). Thanks everyone for their advice and suggestions!
