I have a combination of harwood flooring in the back and rubber mats in the front. I love it!!! I have a broom on board and a quick sweeping makes everything as good as new. BUT the number one reason I could never have carpets is our climate1! Once a wet smelly soggy carpet, always a wet soggy moldy carpet. My vanagon is the first 'car' I have ever managed to keep somewhat dry in the wet vancouver winter. Smells good too :) On Tue, 8 Feb 2000, Richard A.
