I would have all the rods rebuilt. This is not expensive and is part of a properly done overhaul. All rods are subject to ovaling of the big end, especially waterboxers according to Bob Donalds, and the small end bushings can also wear. Get 'em from Bob, http://bostonengines.com or have a local machine shop rebuild yours. PS, Bob also recommends using 1.9 engine rod bolts for all waterboxers, he doesn't feel the disposable ones used on the 2.1 are up to the task.
