If you are _really_ concerned about sticking paint to this, check with any good local auto paint supply house. These are the guys who mix DuPont and Sherwin-Williams and other brands of paint to specific colors as required by the body shops. They can sell you a sticky primer. The used car dealers like this stuff for repainting cars where there isn't enough money in the job to justify careful sanding and prep; and many painters like it for priming inside door jambs (if the color is to be changed). |
