Your bottom end is serviceable if it has less than 200,000 miles, compression is over 125 psi and each cylinder is within 5%, oil consumption less than a quart every 1000 miles, and your oil pressure is within specs. If you have much over 200,000 miles you probably won't go too much farther without one of the above occurring. That is my current situation, and I burn a quart of oil every 500 miles or so.
