Are there any listmembers in Jennifer's area? Could someone spare a couple of hours of their busy day to help her. It's her decision, but could someone give it a look over? I remember back when I asked for help when I was living in Montana and I needed someone in Utah to be my eyes and look at a westy. I was overwhelmed by the number of Utah listmembers who were willing to go look at it for me and be my eyes and expect nothing in return! I am, to this day, very grateful to Gary Shea who spent hours of his busy Saturday to go look at one for me. Rust around the side windows are a real pain. You have to pull the window out and look closer at the damage. These side windows are a real pain to put back in. Surface rust is easy to take care of and you will probably have to replace the seal. The ceiling above should not be drouping down. See any water marks or water damage anywhere?
