Check the main electrical multi terminal at the back of the instruments. Evidence of heat stress says replace the circuit film complete, probably available only through the dealer. Replace all old fuzes as resistance here can fry the circuits. One thing sure to fry the instrument circuit/s is high resistance in the light switch reostat. T.P.
