Try this before looking for electrical gremlins. Then try pushing the mirror itself manually. Mine were stuck until I gave it a little manual persuasion. Also make sure that you have power mirror switch in the correct setting. Then check power to the switch. Fuses are identified on my fuse box cover. Check yours.
