I just bought a bunch of 1.9l Vanagon Coolant hoses.  I would sell all of the
hoses in the engine compartment for the manual transmission Vanagon for
$344.80 for the set (add $60 for the hoses that go to the heater cores) or I
have all of the hoses on hand if anyone needs them.  These are the hoses for
'84 and '85 Vanagons ('83.5 hoses are NLA even from the dealer).

I also have alot of the hoses for the 2.1l engine at very good prices.  The
prices are usually lower than the dealer (sometimes 50%) and I have the hoses
on hand so you can get them ASAP without the usual dealer wait.

I know this might sound like an advertisement (it is) however I also think
this is a valuable service to Vanagon owners as it is usually very hard to
get Vanagon coolant hoses (especially on short notice when you are broken
down, etc).  If you aren't interested in the hoses right now, please put a
copy of my number and the coolant hose charts on my webpage, in your glove
box so if you have need you can call from the road and have confidence that
you are ordering the right hose.
