Your spring loaded latch has a flat tip screw at the bottom of it. Remove
this and take off the latch, spring and screw. You will see two screws that
are probably tight already. Your rubber has shrunk that goes between the two
pieces that are sandwiched together on the glass. You can get new rubber
seals from dealer and reassemble. When I tinted my windows that gave it
enough extra width that it tightened back up.
