Even though I grew up fixing and driving German cars First car was a Borgward. I have worked for 16 years at a Mitsubishi dealership. J***y L*be drained the transmission oil and over filled the engine on 4 customers cars in a 2 year period and they paid to have them repaired. The local VW dealer did this with a Galant trade-in they had and sent it down to us to figure out why the trans was slipping. Oh and that recommendation that you should use the OEM filters applies to Japanese brands also.
