Jiffy Lube is responsible for my oil change that was 2.7 quarts too low. my wrist pins are shot now. the engine still runs ok, but i've noticed a significant noise increase (knocking when the engine is cold), coupled with a drop in overall engine performance. is there any way i get them to cover my rebuild costs? what did your sister do to get her clutch replaced. i'm unsure as to how to go about it. thanks

jason
