We took the EuroVan to the dealer last week to get the rounded drain plug
removed.  Jiffy lube admitted they put it in too tight the last time, and
said they would pay to have it removed.  The dealer also wanted an extra $50
to remove the non OEM filter since it didn't have the nut on the top.

We only take the EV to Jiffy since my brother in law runs most of them in the
midwest.  I used to bring my own filter, but Jiffy lube started stocking
them.  Now I guess I'll start bringing my own again.
