Who knows? $100's? $1000's? Hours/days/weeks of wasted time? Disrupted trips? Years of living in fear and uncertainty knowing hesitation will happen again, usually at the most inconvenient time? (BTDT).

But with a digitool, a couple of weeks from now you will have a detailed window into the workings of your fuel injection system, and an 80% chance of nailing the exact problem quickly, paying only what you have to (in one case, I just had to tighten the temp II connector, but the problem would have truncated a 6000 mile trip after 500 miles) and you'll have the eternal piece of mind that you REALLY know what's happening in the FI system (which has about 20 failure modes, most of which are diagnosable by the digitool) and you'll be able to quickly identify and solve problems sometimes even before they even start showing up in van performance.

Build it yourself for about $50, or get one from Darrell Boehler for about twice that, and its real value is vastly higher.
