Dear Kathy,

Actually a carpet remant would be cheaper, or about the same price, as decent plywood. Since my kids are no longer here much, I have retired the

middle seat and I put a fresh piece of carpet in my V'gon about every 18 months. Current color: rust. Costs about $30. I am going to cut a piece of plywood to go on top of the carpet for trips to the dump with brush and back home with loads of topsoil or sand!
