Hi there,

Anyone have any comments or experiences with the Shady Boy awning
 http://www.shadyboy.com/vans/index.html ) that they would like to share?
For example, are the mounting brackets secure, does it hold up well in the
wind, etc. I'm thinking of getting one for my 89 westy.

Here is some info I got from a couple of emails to someone at the company:

"colours available are the light blue,like the one on the WebPages,that is
the most popular and then there is a royal blue,burgundy,teal green,grey and
a silver grey which is a different fabric.  That fabric is heavier and not a
balloon fabric.  It does not let light through and reflects the heat more
due to the silver metallic surface.
The grey colour will be available in 2 weeks."
