Having night time driving as a profession (I'm a security guard, patrolling all night), I can tell you that there is no other thing to do than take a nap. 5-30 minutes is plenty! I have experienced almost falling asleep 20 times in 20 minutes, I can remember being at a customer's office building, but was too tired to remember I was driving the 25 kms to get there. It is very dangerous, and I am truly scared of myself, that I cant control it. It just shows what demand it puts on one's body. And when you're 5 or more hours past normal bedtime and truly exhausted, coffee does not work for me. Neither does fresh air, concentrating, high music etc. Just sleep. Drive safely!
