Yes, or maladjusted. The TS LED should be on with your foot off the throttle and at WOT (mashed to the floor). The Digifant has one switch for both; the Digijet has two. The Digifant's is below the throttle assembly, but fairly easy to get to. What sold me on the Digitool is when Bill (2DNALI) Dummitt hooked his up to my van and told me withing seconds "your throttle switch is bad." Whoa! So that's why I got the hard starts and backfiring when going down hills in gear and coasting! If the switch works at WOT, it's probably just maladjusted at zero throttle.
