What I have used reliably for over 10 years in my commercial repair shop is an ordinary 1/2 gallon garden sprayer. Yep, that's right! Toss the sprayer end, instead, connect the hose to a fitting screwed into a spare fluid resevoir cap (this would need to be the older type with the level sensor), fill 'er halfway with fresh fluid, and pump the handle 20 or 30 times. Then open the bleeder valve, and let the fluid flow! (If you connect a clear hose to the bleeder valve, and into a container, you'll have less mess)
