Our poptop closing procedure has been refined over years of messing around with various poptops. I hope it works for you. Zip up all screens. Slowly lower poptop. Let the top come to rest on the top of your head - anyone of average height should be OK. Grasp the fabric sides and roll them up snug. Bend your knees to lower the poptop the rest of the way making sure that none of the canvas gets pinched in the mechanism and lock in place. Using this procedure we've never had any canvas left sticking out the sides or binding inside. Greg & Val 86.5 Camper Syncro WLE
