I've seen an older Paulchen... it was rusty and pretty funky looking. I like the idea of the aluminum Fiamme... no rust, and lighter weight (my Westy already struggles with too much weight). They are all lockable... just buy a cable lock. The Fiamme is obviously designed after the Paulchen. I has mostly the same or similar features, and since it is several hundreds of dollars less I would expect it to sell well in this country. I'm going to order a Fiamme soon.
