I figure the list needs more Erics. Below is my attempt. Be kind, it's my first foray into the realm of curmudgeon.

The survey below is submitted per our agreement. It shows countries [besides San Francisco, which is, of course, the mother ship] represented on the list according to the latest scientific survey conducted with incredible care, to a stunning degree of accuracy and precision...or so.

As you can tell they are in alphabetical order using the Phoenician system. The principals in the survey realize that there are several states included [e.g. Canada] but felt that they were sufficiently differentiated from the United States to deserve separate mention.

Any errors or omissions are someone else's fault so take your comments down the hall to someone who may care, or just button up. The principals wish to thank no one and hope this survey is accepted in the spirit in which is was done, about 30 proof I believe.
