I should have mentioned that I've managed to get the lever off. I used the 'Bulley, tap, tap, tap, Method' to get it off. On perusing the Bentley once again it appears there is a pivot bolt that I didn't find during yesterday's session. When it gets light and warms a bit I'll get out and see if that is the key.
