Just Bought it 1/20/00 I am told its the original with warranty head replacement & one rebuild, seems to run strong.overall a very clean Westy inside & out. I have lots of receipts from the original owner. Only short runs so far but long ones planed for the future.

The only reason for this thread is Curiosity & to see how many people have lots of miles on their Vanagons? I guess the subject should have been "How Many Miles on your Vanagon"
