I recently (a few hundred miles ago) changed the brake pads, piston seal and
dust cover on my Syncro.  The previous brake pads were screeching when not
activated.  Now the new brake pads (ATE, Made in Germany) started making a
'bonking' sound once per wheel revolution when not activated.  When I step
on the brake pedal the bonking goes away.  Does anyone know what's going on
here?
