Im not sure what your asking for is it the crank size or the inner
dementions of the bearings or the clearance between the two
the crank sizes are in the bentley on page 13.53 but they are in metric
the 2.1 and the 1.9 cranks have the same size journals the distance they
make the piston travel is differant
the conecting rod journals on the 2.1 crank are the same as the 1.9 and
all bug engines from 1961 on it is 2.1645 to 2.1653 thats the std size
the clearance between the rod bearing and the crank should be .0015 to
.002
the rods on the 2.1 distort over time and trust me dont reuse any 2.1
rod over without a resizing and new bolts
I have new OEM 2.1 rods in stock at $180
the main bearing journals have 4 differant sizes # 4 range is 1.9685 to
1.9696 std
the #3 and 2 are the same as the rods at 2.1645 to 2.1653 and the #1
main range is 2.3610 to 2.3618
when measuring the inside of any main bearing its best done in the case
with the case bolted together this gives the bearing the crush needed to
get the measurement correct
I have any and all parts needed to rebuild your engine
