I am looking for one myself for my 87 syncro westy (recent purchase). This is a response I got from the Shadyboy people: Hello, the company in S.F. is a Van converter and they have used our awnings in the past. We are just linking our web pages. There is also a write up on the awning at Vanagon.com. Generally we are selling the awnings and umbrellas over the internet and the shipments are from Blaine WA.. The awnings sell for $195 USD plus shipping. We are currently working to put more information on our web site but if you like more info at this time please feel free to contact me here. When ordering most people phone in their card number (MC or Visa only ) for security. Regards Wolfgang http://www.shadyboy.com/ There's also a link in the "Info" section of V.com for a $20 version. I picked up some of the materials for this at Home Depot but haven't tried it yet. I can always use the stuff for something else if I ever upgrade.

You have to decide between free standing or roll out. I have a Fiamma F45 roll out awning and it is just the job for a quick set up. Its alloy case goes well with my Fiamma bike rack. Martin |
