Hermann; This is so common everyone thinks it's normal. A properly working system gooses the RPMs initially to excite the alternator. No pun intended. Try flushing out your idle stabilizer valve and lubricating. Do not use silicone. Check for vacuum leaks. What does it idle at when warmed up?
