Well Ben, at least I got the phone number right. For the guys that didn't find the Vanagon stuff on the website -- get the catalog it's there. For the guys that are looking for cheaper covers -- try the Cabelas catalog. They have some teflon/nylon sport covers at $69 for a front and rear set. Order the large size so the rear cover will fit the Westy bed. They aren't pretty but are washable and tough as hell. I've seen some Sewfine stuff in local Beetles and Ghias and it looks nice. When I have time and money Roland will get a Sewfine interior. For now, he'll stay a daily driver with baggy nylon sport covers and dog slobber on the dash. As I posted earlier this week, Sewfine's website is SewfineProducts.com. They carry a custom line. Non factory material. Make sure you tell them you heard about it from Vanagon.com or the List Sewfine.com is another outfit altogether. Might be the one to call your draperies at home. >> t |
