That was on Thursday. In Roseburg, Oregon ( 70 miles south) the lowest price was $1.409 on Thursday as well but Friday morning before opening the price was upped to $1.499! It seems the sky is the limit. I have no problem with taxing conspicuous consumers i.e. Expeditions, Excursions and their ilk but do have a problem with simply lining the pockets of the corporate fat cats running the oil industry.
