Print this out, hand it to him, and tell a majority of the shareholders of this community have voted that the seller is guilty of "attempting to gouge" and we will drop all charges if he will lower the price to a reasonable $5,000. Otherwise, we are putting it to a vote as to his sanity. If he thinks he can get $9,200 with the interior trashed, he is squirrel city: NUTS.

So, he can hold on to his depreciating asset and watch it rust away before his eyes, decline further and further in value, or can wake up from REM sleep and cut his losses (or profits, as the case is appearing) and sell the vehicle at my suggested figure.

Any questions, he can call me, and of course, you will be billed mucho grande deniro, but who cares. It will save you thousands. : )
