Sorry to hear about that. I have an extra snowball right here, as a matter of fact, and I'd be happy to send it to you for the cost of shipping. If shipping costs prove too expensive, I hope the owner of the snowball can find a replacement soon.

BTW, I can't *believe* the snowball owner is going after you for replacement! Around here, snow is plentiful enough that we don't mind if we lose a few every season!
