Did I miss something???  Last time I checked here in PA combined taxes on gas
are about $.48/gal...  Depending on the price of gas, it gets pretty close to
50% tax...  I hate to bring up an unpopular analogy but nearly $2.00 a pack
cigarette taxes haven't wiped out smoking, and last time I checked you don't n
eed a stogie to commute to work.  Off my soapbox...for now.
