You are on the right track. Get those idle and CO settings dialed in and it will prolly disapear. Make small adjustments and note the changes or have a shop dial them in for you. If the problem goes away after bypassing the idle stabilizer then that the faulty unit. Oh yea, this will sound whacked, but are your belts properly adjusted? If there is too much slack they can bind ever so slightly on the pulley causing enough drag to stall the motor when it's below operating temp. Is the cap and rotor fresh? What about plugs? Run Bosch Plat 4's, they rule. Cheers,
