Porsche alloys bolts pattern is 5 X 130mm versus the Vanagon 5 X 112mm. While you can machine your rotors and hubs for this configuration, the easiest route would be to use adapters. Wolfgang international normally stocks STEEL adapters for this purpose. However, they are currently out of stock. I have been waiting to get mine for about for about 3 weeks now. IMHO aluminum adapters which are readily available from most tire & wheel companies should be avoided for use in a heavy vehicle such as the Vanagon.

I will place photos of my Vanagon with "cookie cutters', "phone dials", and Fuchs Porsche alloys in my homepage as soon as I receive my adapters. Will post a notice on the list at that time.
