If you are referring to the "button" that keeps the seat belt tongue from sliding out of reach then this is what my VW dealer did. Since they are also a Buick and Olds dealer, they sold me a couple of GM buttons. Strangely enough, the VW seat belt didn't even notice the difference (I know, it's not keeping the van "original", but what the hey!!).
